PAETEC’s Direct Trunk Overflow (DTO) provides customers with redundancy and the ability to transfer inbound terminating calls to an alternate path, in the event of maximum trunk capacity or a trunk service outage. Based on the customer’s unique business needs, PAETEC will automatically reroute all incoming calls to a predetermined number (i.e. POTS lines, backup trunks, an answering service, cell phone, or alternate location).
Product Capabilities:
Disaster recovery – In the event of a trunk service outage, all inbound calls can terminate to an alternate location, providing business continuity.
