Teltek Employee Wows IT Vendor

The National Association of Area Agencies on Aging (N4A), is a long standing Teltek customer whose “primary mission is to build the capacity of its members to help older persons and persons with disabilities live with dignity and choices in their homes and communities for as long as possible.” Teltek aimed to help the N4A live up to that mission by implementing a Hosted VoIP Call Center, which allows the N4A to provide an improved level of service to its customers. After Teltek’s work was completed, N4A’s IT vendor expressed some kind words about one of our employees, Christy Miller:
