Officially, my title is Marketing Associate/Administrative Assistant, but at Teltek it is essential that every employee has a general working knowledge of all facets of the business. We make this possible by having new hires shadow technicians on service calls and projects. I had the opportunity to do so a few weeks ago.
I met Dave Fedorko, our newest telecom technician, at the job site at 9 o’clock and I helped stage the equipment inside the office. Thankfully, Plantronics provides a handy dial which you can turn to adjust the signal until the headset is paired properly. After installing 6 headsets, I can safely say that I’m an expert on the matter.
