Lights, Camera, Avaya! IP Office Is The Star At Leftfield Pictures

Leftfield Pictures is a Television and Video Production company in New York City. An eight line analog phone system worked fine for their five initial employees, but when they grew to a staff of almost eighty, it could not keep up with the call volume and fast pace of the industry.

Burdened by answering and directing every incoming call, Leftfield’s Office Manager was not able to get any other work done. The production crew, frequently on location and often engaged in conference calls, needed a solution that would work harder for them. Avaya IP Office to the rescue!
