Xo Communications notifies customers that scheduled maintenance will be occurring in the DC area on 4/15/2011, between the hours of 11:00 PM EDT (4/15) to 6:00 AM EDT (4/16). Phone and internet service customers in the affected area will experience a 7 hour interruption of service.
XO Communications Customer Care and Network Teams will be monitoring this activity to ensure necessary downtime is kept to a minimum while the maintenance is completed.
Xo states “for more information contact them at the toll free number listed on your XO bill, as our Customer Care teams will be available to handle any questions, comments, or concerns”.
