This past Labor Day weekend, Teltek was featured in an article published in the Carroll County Times titled, “Diversification and Expansion are Keys for Tech Industry.” Kelcie Pegher, a CCT staff writer, interviewed Chris Nicoli and Carrie Green of Teltek and authored the story.
Kelcie approached Teltek at the suggestion of Tracy Turner of the Carroll Technology Council to find out how businesses in the technology industry are able to survive and sometimes even prosper in a down economy.
Chris advised the reporter that an emphasis on providing outstanding customer service and expanding Teltek’s offerings to include IT services were key to the company’s success.
