Teltek would like to welcome the new (and future) tenants of the Liberty Exchange business development in Eldersburg, MD! Located on Liberty Road just west of Rt. 26 and Rt. 32 on the property of the old Freedom Golf Center and Driving Range, St. John’s Properties has constructed the first of three buildings in a new mixed-use space. According to the Carroll County Economic Development, the site will contain 220,000 square feet – a mix of office, flex and complementary retail spaces.
Eldersburg, more commonly known as Sykesville to many, is the hometown to several of Teltek’s employees, many of whom have spent most of their lives living and working in Carroll County. We are grateful to see the property go to a good use and welcome the many new business and jobs that it will bring.
