To help technology companies get to market quickly, Baltimore’s Emerging Technology Centers (ETC) is launching Accelerate Baltimore with $110,000 in seed funding from The Abell Foundation.
Accelerate Baltimore will seek five companies that are creating pioneering technologies and then facilitate the process of entering the market with their product within three months of commencing the program.
The program will require participating companies to remain in Baltimore for at least five years, which should result in more jobs and revenue for the local economy.
