Some people insist that you can either be tech savvy or funny and that those two worlds rarely intersect, but that’s not how we see it at Teltek. We try to find humor in everything and living in the technology realm daily provides many situations that inspire a giggle or two.

A jammed printer is a very frustrating experience, but having a sense of humor about it tends to brighten everyone’s day. Instead of swearing and kicking this piece of machinery, perhaps the user smiles at “Bob” and says, “Way to go Rock Star!”
Please don’t misunderstand, equipment behaving badly is not something we downplay or disregard. If you call with a service concern, we will not respond with a knock knock joke. There might be a little bit of levity…
Example:
Customer: “Our voice mail system is no longer running”
Teltek: “Really? How far did it get?”
Seriously, our techs know how to rein in your technology so it is back online and doing its job ASAP. They can be tough when needed, but will also provide service with a smile 🙂 Teltek’s certified technicians meticulously and skillfully install your equipment and will not leave your side until everything has been tested and all questions have been answered.
They are cross-trained in various communication and technology systems and collaborate when necessary to address unique concerns. Our customers look forward to visits from our technicians because they know the job will be done correctly, efficiently and in a courteous manner. Some of them even know a few limericks!
