To celebrate the holiday season, Teltek treated all team members and their guests to dinner and a show at Medieval Times located at the Arundel Mills Mall in Hanover, MD.
From beginning to end, it was an unforgettable experience! Upon entering the castle, we were presented with paper crowns to wear and enjoyed a few drinks in the Hall of Arms before moving into the auditorium, I had the Dragon Slayer cocktail 🙂

The venue is an oval-shaped arena divided into six sections with long tables all around. Each section is assigned a color and a corresponding knight who wears that color. We were seated in the Green section, so we wore green crowns and waved green banners to cheer on our knight as he valiantly battled the other knights and competed in jousting contests to win the affections of Princess Catalina.

Although our champion did not emerge as the victor that evening, we were dazzled by the skills of the actors, horses and a well-trained falcon who flew around the stadium and swooped down over the crowd.

As the story of the two hour live-action show unfolded, we feasted on chicken, potatoes, soup, bread and ribs…all without utensils! No silverware is permitted in the castle, we dined medieval-style!
It was a fantastic evening that we would recommend if you are in search of a unique outing to show appreciation to your employees!
