Dell had recently announced that that it would be ending service (EOS) on its SonicWALL TZ 210 Series Firewall products. However, they have since changed their position and have extended the life cycle for another 12 months, through June 1, 2016. As of this date, “Dell will no longer accept phone calls, emails or web-based inquiries for technical assistance on this product related to new support cases.”
Now is the time to decide to maintain or to upgrade. If you elect to keep your TZ 210 through the 2016 we recommend that you keep your support contract current.
