Carlo’s Bakery, in Hoboken NJ saw the opportunity when TLC wanted to feature them on their reality show, Cake Boss.
Cake Boss made Master Baker Bartolo Jr. “Buddy” and their brand household names. After the first show aired, their phones were ringing off the hook and it became apparent that they had outgrown their existing phone and communications systems.
