How To Fix Your Slow Computer
Internet Explorer:
Close IE. Navigate to CONTROL PANEL (Start Orb -> Control Panel). From there, change the view to LARGE ICONS from View by: to “Large Icons” view. This is in the upper right corner of the screen.
Then, locate and click on the “internet Options” icon. At the bottom, under “Browsing History” select “Delete”. From there you can select what data you want to have deleted. You may want to keep any saved passwords but that is up to you. Click “Delete” again and it will clean out the temp files.
Chrome:
Open Chrome. Click on the three horizontal lines to the right of the Address Bar. Select “More Tools” from the menu and then “Clean Browsing Data”. This will produce another menu for selecting what you want deleted. Choose and then click on “Clear Browsing Data”.
Firefox:
Open Firefox. Click on the three horizontal lines to the right of the address bar. Select “Options”. Then click on “Network” tab. At the bottom you will see “Offline web content and user data”. Select “Clear Now” to clear the saved cache. Then click on “Clear Now” in the “Cached Web” Content window.
