  1. The RFP responses are organized into an easy-to-understand Technology Expense Management Matrix (TEMM) illustrating each vendor’s offering and the potential cost savings and benefits.

  1. You select the suppliers that you would like to work with and your Teltek consultant will prepare the required paperwork for your review/signature.

  1. After you receive your first invoices from the newly-selected vendors, your Teltek consultant will review them with you against the TEMM to ensure that everything is accurate.
