When we moved offices and found that our contracted provider could not get our [AT&T Merlin Legend] phone system up and running, it was a dire situation that was remedied by Carrie and Dave. I cannot express how wonderful and relieving it was to speak to two genuinely nice human beings, after 5:30 who calmly, efficiently, explained the phone system and what was going to be done to fix it.
The day of, Carrie was wonderful in keeping me informed of the timing and arrival of Dave. Dave was wonderful in getting the phones up and running and taking the time (after normal business hours) to train me on the system. There was one issue getting into a voicemail the next day, and Carrie connected me to Dave who walked me through the voicemail set up without having to be on site.
