Lindsey Needs Your Vote for 4th grade Special Education Project

Apr 19, 2011

Part-time Teltek project manager, Lindsey Nicoli teaches 4th grade Special Education at Robert Moton Elementary School in Westminster, MD.  Her students are participating in the First Bloom grant which connects youth with the National Parks through native plants.  The students have been working throughout the school year to learn about native vs invasive plant species with the rangers at Catoctin Mountain Park and recently submitted their garden design in the Native Garden Competition.

Please click the link below to vote for Robert Moton/Catoctin Mountain’s garden designs:  www.first-bloom.org

Select First Bloomers in the top right corner and Native Garden Competition. Choose, Catoctin and four other parks. You can vote as many times as you would like, but if you enter your email address once a day you are also eligible for a prize! if you vote more than once, make sure to choose Catoctin and four other parks. Don’t choose the same other four since each vote will also count for those parks. If you have any questions contact Lindsey by clicking here.

Thanks so much,
Lindsey Nicoli and the fourth grade students
