The promotion provides new customers with a rebate that ranges from $1,000 at the 32-user level, up to a maximum of $3,600 for 128-user level equipped with UC applications. The entire solution, including the control unit, IP users and the Preferred Edition software, must be purchase from the Avaya business partner on the same purchase order. Avaya phone sets included with the sale do not impact the rebate amount awarded. The discount on the specific IP Office components will be offered directly to the customer as a cash rebate. End user customers will be responsible for claiming their discounts via an online claim form.
