When a new OS update is released many of us rush to update, excited about the promise of advanced productivity and security. However, with the new iOS 7 update many are finding compatibility issues with their mobile applications; the Avaya mobile clients are no exception. To ensure interoperability and a smooth transition, Avaya recommends that customers should “ensure that users are updated with compatible versions of one-X Mobile clients.” There are 4 versions that have been tested and approved for iOS7 capability.
