Presenting . . . Display options for your conference room!

Mar 6, 2014

Whether you’re moving into a new space or upgrading your existing setup, choosing the right display options for your conference room is an important decision.  Not only will this equipment be used for internal meetings and communications but perhaps also for presentations to clients and partners.  Make sure that you’re putting your best foot forward while getting the technology that’s up to the task.

Based on your needs and budget one of these options may immediately stand out from the rest for you, but overall here are the main options to consider:

  • Option 1:   50-70” LED TV

This would be mounted to the wall and connected via a hidden cable to your conference table/ area.  Your staff or guests can plug right into the TV with their laptop.

  • Option 2:  50-70” LED TV + PC

By adding a very small “atom” PC connected to the internet behind option 1, you wouldn’t be required to hook up an auxiliary laptop.  When connected with a wireless mouse and keyboard that sits on the conference table, users will be able to come in, log in and get started.

  • Option 3:   120” In-Ceiling Electric Projector Screen

This option would allow the presentation area to be hidden when not needed.  The screen can be installed to raise and lower at a touch of a button, while the projector is mounted on the ceiling and controlled by a remote.

  • Option 4:  Manual Pull Down Screen and Projector

The most economic option, might not be the prettiest but it will get the job done.  A manual pull down screen and a projector that sits on the table will do the job.
