Important Account Changes for Paetec Customers

Effective Immediately!

In an effort to better serve our valued customers, PAETEC performed a billing platform consolidation, in which you may have been affected by one or more of the following changes. Please click here to view an overview of your account changes or read below.

Account Number Change
If you have either a 6-digit or alphanumeric Account Number, it has been changed. Please make sure to update your Account Number on any payments submitted to PAETEC, or when contacting PAETEC to review your account.

New Remittance Address
PAETEC now has a new address for remitting payments. Please send all payments to the address listed on your invoice.

A New & Enhanced Online Account Management Tool
PAETEC Online is now your new Web account management tool. Though you will continue to log in to the same location at www.paeteconline.com to manage your account, once you re-register, you will be directed to the enhanced interface that PAETEC Online has to offer.

PAETEC Online provides advanced features such as:

  • Personalized Network Map of Your Location(s) & Circuit(s)
  • Toll-Free Routing Capabilities
  • Online Trouble Ticketing
  • Trouble Ticket Details
  • Proactive Outage Notifications

To begin using PAETEC Online, simply go to www.paeteconline.com and click “Register Now” if you have not done so already.

Service Name Changes
As part of our billing consolidation efforts, some product names were changed. Though some of your product names have changed, there will be no physical change to your services and pricing will remain the same.

Billing Cycle Change
With the billing consolidation, the dates on which you are invoiced may have changed. If your date is on the following cycles, please see the new date for your billing start. In the month the cycle is changed, you will see a small proration of charges for the difference in the new date.

Presentation of Taxes on Your Invoice
Beginning with your next invoice, you may see a change in the way your taxes are displayed. Many State, Local, and County surcharges will now be combined into one line item. You may also notice an update to your tax and surcharge calculations for certain products and services in line with the most current jurisdictional regulations.
