Yesterday, Teltek attended the Maryland Society of Accountants‘ “Gear Up Technology” Seminar as an exhibitor. The event was held at the Holiday Inn in Frederick, MD and was attended by almost 75 accounting professionals who desired to learn more about how technology can assist them in doing their jobs.
Topics covered during the seminar included working in the cloud, using mobile devices in the office, going paperless and advances in security, software, remote access and data backup techniques.
In addition to interacting with attendees during seminar breaks, we were also given the opportunity to speak to the group about our telecom and IT services and products.

The Maryland Society of Accountants is an organization whose primary objective is to “protect the rights of all accountants both licensed and unlicensed to practice their profession within the State of Maryland”.
