There are a few options to consider when choosing a phone system for a small office . . .
- A Hosted System would allow you to pay a monthly “per phone” access fee for all of the features you need including lines or phone numbers and related usage associated with each of the voice over IP (VoIP) phones. Fax lines could be handled directly through your internet service provider, or you could use eFax and have everything consolidated using your high speed internet connection.
- You could always Purchase a Phone System that you would own and maintain. While the monthly costs would be limited to subscription to a phone service from a carrier like Comcast or Verizon, there would be more out of pocket costs up front for the hardware and installation.
- Teltek’s Managed Voice offering would allow you to essentially pay for the maintenance of a phone system that Teltek owns but deploys in your office for your usage.
